Aerie’s First Aid course is an excellent introduction to emergency care designed for anyone who is interested. This 4-hour course is based on the American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aid curriculum. We include topics such as airway management, breathing emergencies and circulatory problems. The course includes information on both medical and trauma based emergencies.
This course is ideal for meeting the requirements of many organizations (guiding, teaching, ect). The certification period last 2 years with this course. It is important to consider taking CPR as well. Aerie offers combination courses of First Aid and CPR (8-hours).
